We presently offer free shipping on orders exceeding a minimum value to the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 48, within the United Stated via USPS First Class Mail, in Singapore via Qxpress and in Indonesia via JNE.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via local Courier services.

United Kingdom – Royal Mail Tracked 48

United States – USPS First Class

Singapore – Qxpress

Indonesia – JNE

Canada – USPS First Class or UPS Express.

All other regions – SingPost Registered International.

Order placed before 6PM EST, will be shipped the following business day.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

As soon as your is processed for shipping, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation including your tracking number.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most orders in most regions are received within 3-5days.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

The moment we have processed your order, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number so that you can easily keep an eye on your shipment. In Gmail, these emails can at times end up in your spam folder or “promotions” tab. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, try searching for all emails from @gherbal.com. Please keep in mind: Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get payment authorisation and verification. If you haven’t seen an updated to your tracking info for over 48 hours, or you’re unable to find your Shipping Confirmation email, send us a message right away.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you noticed your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please send us a message asap, and we’ll do our best to change the address before the package is out for delivery. Please keep in mind that addresses changes can impact delivery times depending on what stage of the delivery process you shipment is on when the request is made.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS PARCEL WAS “DELIVERED”, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?

On rare occasions your delivery may get mark as “Delivered” before the package arrives at your address. If your package still hasn’t arrived within 24hrs after the estimated delivery time and/or marked “Delivered” event, please contact us here and we will get it resolved for you.
